Kate Graham is a fiction writer and editor with a passion for speculative worlds, from science fiction to fantasy and the strange spaces in between. Trained by writing coach Nicole Criona, she brings an insider’s understanding to every manuscript. With an eye for scene craft and character analysis, she’s adept at the pacing and plot structure that keep a story moving and readers turning pages.
Kate has editorial experience across fiction, including on the dystopian sci-fi A Fly on the Wall From A – Z by Tim Werenko. She is currently at work on her own science fiction novel. Because she understands firsthand what it means to wrestle a story into shape, she brings that empathy and honest, constructive feedback to every story.

Kate edits novels, novellas, short stories, screenplays, and pilots, with a particular specialty in sci-fi, fantasy, and adjacent genres, as well as LGBTQ+ fiction. A trained screenwriter as well as a fiction editor, she’s equally at home with a manuscript or a script.
