Our refund policy is available through Google Checkout, but we are stating it here as well for your convenience:

Individual Group Purchases

Please note that since we have limited space in each group, and because we hold your spot and do not give the spot to anyone else once you've paid, we do not give refunds after one week (7 days) prior to the start date of the writers group you have signed up for. If you wish to withdraw from the group, please notify us prior to one week before the start of your group. We keep a $25 processing fee when refunding in order to cover charges we incur during processing.

 

If you are signing up less than one week before the start of the group, then your group fee is non-refundable because we've reserved a spot for you.  We appreciate your understanding.

 

Advertising

If you are paying for an advertisement on any of our websites or on our mailing list, please note that your fee is non-refundable.

 

Group Packages

When  you purchase a two or three group package, you are entitled to take any 2 or three groups respectively, regardless of location.  In order to be sure you reserve your spot, it is your responsibility to let us know at least two weeks prior to the start of group that you intend to participate.  In return, we will guarantee you a spot in your group of choice.  You must participate in a group with a start date that is within one year of your purchase date.  Refunds:  After one week prior the the start of your first participatory group, the fee is non-refundable.  Prior to one week before the start of your first group, your fee is refundable with the exception of a $40 fee that covers our processing fees.
