Recharge your week and unlock your creativity with our new weekly Meditation and Freewriting Workshop. Join us every Wednesday from noon to 1:00 p.m. PST for a rejuvenating experience. Whether during your lunch break, afternoon coffee time, or pre/post dinner break, you can connect with the Los Angeles Writers Group community, meditate, and get words on the page.

In this session, you can bring any writing project or choose from the topics provided. Enjoy forty minutes of uninterrupted writing time in a safe and supportive environment designed just for you.

Before and after the writing session, you can participate in a 10-minute opening and five-minute closing meditation. Feel free to practice your own silent seated meditation or follow the guided meditation offered during the session.

Join our vibrant community of writers as we come together to meditate and write. Before the session ends, we’ll say hello and share our experiences, leaving you centered and recharged for the rest of your day.
